I started lifting weights at 15 years old — an underweight kid constantly told, “You’re just naturally skinny. That’s just your genetics.” But something clicked after watching a few motivational videos. I discovered a passion that would change my life: the power to transform myself. In my first month of training, I gained 12 pounds. I was still skinny — just less skinny — but I saw hope. Six months in, I had put on 22 pounds and for the first time, I could look in the mirror and see some muscle. Over the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to training hard and learning everything I can about natural muscle growth — testing, refining, and applying strategies to add size. I’ve gained over 50 pounds of lean mass, not because of shortcuts, but because of relentless consistency, research, and a deep belief that great effort will lead to great results. If I had known back then what I know now, my progress would’ve been even faster. But that’s the beauty of the journey: learning, growing, and using what you’ve learned to become the best version of yourself. Now, my mission is to help others do the same. I specialize in helping naturally skinny guys build real muscle and confidence — without gimmicks or guesswork.
